We do not knowingly store complete payment card information on our own systems. Payment information is processed through applicable payment providers and Shopify-supported payment infrastructure.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

For customers in the USA and UK, estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Orders may be shipped using:

• FedEx

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weekends, public holidays, incorrect addresses, customs procedures where applicable, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

• Unopened

• Unbroken

• Unused

• In the original box

• With the original label intact

• In their original condition

Customers must contact ElvaraCart before sending a return.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, the product will be inspected to determine whether it meets the applicable return requirements.

If the return is accepted, ElvaraCart will process a refund for the actual product amount paid, subject to the applicable return circumstances.

The return address will be the same warehouse/address from which the product was originally shipped, unless ElvaraCart provides different instructions.
